OPINION

SAM GRIFFITH, Justice.

Darwin Brown appeals his conviction for aggravated robbery. The indictment contained a deadly weapon enhancement, and three enhancement paragraphs alleging prior felony convictions. After a motion to suppress was heard and denied, the case was tried to a jury, which convicted Appellant, found the enhancement allegations to be true, and sentenced him to imprisonment for forty-five years.
