OPINION

SHARON McCALLY, Justice.

The State presented evidence that a gun battle erupted on the Eastex Freeway and a bullet struck Sashe Gray in the heart, killing her. A jury convicted appellant Royerick Washington of felony murder and assessed punishment at fifty years’ confinement. Appellant challenges his conviction and sentence in six issues concerning the underlying felony for felony murder, the sufficiency of the evidence, the effectiveness of counsel’s representation, and alleged jury charge error. We affirm.
