ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

On August 27, 2013, Plaintiff filed a complaint alleging Defendant violated the *1159Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). Compl. (Dkt. No. 1). On September 12, 2013, Defendant filed a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. Dkt. No. 3. Plaintiff filed an opposition to Defendant’s motion on October 21, 2013. Dkt. No. 6.
