As the majority recognizes, this appeal does not involve a challenge to the juvenile court's findings that mother is unfit due to conduct or conditions seriously detrimental to her son and that integration of child into her home is unlikely to occur within a reasonable time because the conduct or conditions are not likely to change. Rather, the sole point of challenge here is the court's finding that DHS had not established by clear and convincing evidence that it would be in child's best interests to be freed for adoption.
