RINER, District Judge.
This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries. The action was originally brought in the United States Court' for the Northern District of the Indian Territory, prior to the time of the admission of the state of Oklahoma into the Union, of which this district became a part. After the admission of the state of Oklahoma, the case was removed to the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
