Plaintiff and cross-defendant Golden, a landlord, and defendant and cross-complainant Conway, her tenant, have each appealed from a judgment denying any relief to either in an action in which the landlord sought to recover the damages to her premises, and the tenant sought to recover the damages to his personal property from a fire which occurred on March 27, 1967, that apparently started in, by, or near a wall heater on the premises.
