The plaintiff was injured by one of the defendant’s trolley cars, at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and Somerset Street, in the city of Philadelphia, and brought this action to recover damages for the injuries sustained. The accident occurred on October 17, 1929, at about 7:45 P. M. The case was tried before the court and a jury on February 4, 1935. The jury found in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,500. Defendant’s motions for judgment n. o. v. and for a new trial were overruled by the court below, and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed.…
