HEDRICK, Judge.
Notice of appeal was given in this case on 22 January 1980. The parties stipulated as to the record on appeal on 19 June 1980. The clerk of Superior Court certified the record on 26 June 1980, and the record was filed in the Court of Appeals on 30 June 1980, more than 150 days from the date of giving notice of appeal, and thus in violation of Rule 12(a) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure.
