Plaintiff John Anthony Petrucelli, a federal prisoner, brought this pro se action under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971), against five current and former employees of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York (“MDC”). 1 He alleges that Dennis W.
