Appeals by defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered May 18, 1979, convicting him of two counts of robbery in the first degree, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences. The appeals bring up for review (1) the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress inculpatory statements made by him and (2) the denial, without a hearing, of defendant’s motions to vacate his pleas.
