Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 16, 1978, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and crimininal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, upon a jury vedict, and imposing sentences. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of the defendant’s motion to suppress certain statements.
