OPINION AND ORDER
CONBOY, District Judge:
The adversaries in this case are two of the most distinguished organizations in America dedicated to the welfare of the nation’s youth. The controversy at hand has its genesis in a growing trend toward elimination of gender distinction in the memberships of such organizations. The defendant Boys Clubs of America (“BCA”) has in recent years begun to admit girls, and is considering changing its name to Boys and Girls Clubs of America to reflect this change in its character and membership.
