This is an action for trade dress infringement and unfair competition. PAF S.r.l. (“PAF”), an Italian company, and Koch + Lowy (“K & L”), a New York corporation, plaintiffs herein, are respectively the manufacturer and exclusive United States distributor of the “DOVE” lamp.
