MEMORANDUM OPINION
HENRY H. KENNEDY, JR., District Judge.
Montgomery Blair Sibley (“Mr. Sibley”) brought this suit in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia against Stuart Sibley (“Ms. Sibley”), as Personal Representative of the Estate of Harper Sibley, Jr. Ms. Sibley removed the action to this Court and now moves to dismiss, or in the alternative, to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida [# 3, 6].
