SHANSTROM, District Judge:
Appellant Wayde Lynn Kurt appeals three separate orders from the Eastern District Court of Washington. District Judge Quackenbush issued the first order on September 12, 1990, dismissing without prejudice Kurt’s conviction for possession of counterfeiting paraphernalia. Circuit Judge David Thompson, sitting by designation, issued the remaining two orders on October 9, 1990, dismissing without prejudice Kurt’s convictions for possession of an unregistered firearm and for bail jumping.
