BAUER, Chief Judge.

Joseph Donaldson was convicted of five counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). He appeals his conviction, contesting a variety of the district court’s rulings, including the denial of his motions to suppress, and several of the evidentiary rulings. He also argues that count four of the indictment should have been dismissed pursuant to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act, 18 U.S.CApp. II, Art.
