WILBUR, Circuit Judge.

Appellant was convicted upon six counts of an indictment which charged violations of the internal revenue laws with respect to the possession of a still without registering the same; failure to give notice and file bond; carrying on the business of a distiller with intent to defraud the United States of taxes; making and fermenting mash; and the manufacture of alcohol. From the judgment entered upon the verdict of the jury this appeal is taken.
