Plaintiff appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict in his favor. He contends that the trial court erred in limiting the amount of damages submitted to the jury.
Plaintiff had been in the ice manufacturing and distributing business for 27 years. He moved from California to Eugene in 1971 to start an ice business. In September, 1976, he decided to expand his operations. He contacted Zero Ice Company, a Salem ice business.
