Plaintiffs appeal a judgment for defendants entered after the trial court granted defendants’ motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiffs’ case. The issue is whether the court erred in granting that motion against plaintiffs’ claim for fraudulent misrepresentation. We reverse and remand.
