Plaintiff school district appeals from the trial court’s judgment. It asserted two claims for relief below, one equitable and one legal. Plaintiffs first claim was equitable. It sought a declaratory judgment that it owned a road that is situated on its property and that provides access to the house on defendants’ adjoining lot. Defendants counterclaimed for title to a portion of the road by adverse possession. The trial court found for defendants. On appeal, plaintiff contends that the evidence did not establish the elements of adverse possession.
