Plaintiff, Alan Rheingold, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendants Harrison Town Police Department; 1 Harrison Police Officer J. Parrello (“Par-rello”); the Town/Village of Harrison (the “Town”) and Deborah Rheingold a/k/a Deborah Gierszewski (“Gierszewski”), alleging that defendants violated his rights under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and New York law when they falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned and maliciously prosecuted him.
