Case Summary

Stephen John West appeals his convietion for Ilegal Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia or Ammonia Solution. In particular, he argues that during his bench trial the trial court improperly admitted evidence regarding the use of a scientific test without first establishing the test's reliability. Additionally, West claims that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We agree that the test results were improperly admitted.
