Plaintiff Donna Muhleisen brings this lawsuit against her former employer, defendant Wear Me Apparel LLC, asserting claims of: “Sex and Pregnancy Discrimination” in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; “Sex Discrimination” in violation of the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.
