MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

I. Introduction

Plaintiff Sergio De la Cruz (“De la Cruz”), an employee of the Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) of the City of New York (“City”), brings this action alleging that the City discriminated against him on the basis of his age and national origin, and later retaliated against him. 1 De la Cruz seeks relief for these purported wrongs under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.…
