Keith Snyder and Susan Mansanarez filed suit against Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, alleging that Ocwen made debt-collection phone calls using an autodialer in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. §.227, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1642. Snyder and Mansanarez sued on behalf of a class of similarly situated plaintiffs.
