The plaintiffs in this case filed suit against U.S. Bank N.A., Wilmington Trust, *869N.A., and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company on behalf of a putative class, alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Specifically, the plaintiffs allege that the defendant banks owned certain mortgage loans upon which a third-party servicer, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, attempted to collect.
