Plaintiff, Washington Nickel Mining & Alloys, Inc., for whom its successor-in-interest, Ross E. Donald, was substituted during trial, brought this action to quiet title to certain real property allegedly occupied by the defendants Archambault and Martin. Defendants Archam-bault denied plaintiff’s allegations and cross claims, not here pertinent, were filed between the Archambaults and their contract purchaser Martin. After trial the court held that plaintiff failed in its burden of proof to establish that the defendants are now occupying land owned by the plaintiff and dismissed the…
