VANCE, Circuit Judge:

Gregory Tunsil appeals from his conviction, after trial by jury, of conspiracy to distribute and to possess heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; distribution ’ of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and possession of heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Tunsil urges three grounds of error: (1) the trial court’s ad mission into evidence of testimony recounting Tunsil’s statements which indicate that he had sold heroin on a previous occasion; (2) the trial court’s listening to coconspirator hearsay…
