T1 This appeal concerns an accounting contract. Guardian Title Company of Utah sued Tebbs & Smith P.C., a professional accounting firm, claiming that Tebbs breached its contract with the title company by not preventing an employee of Tebbs from writing unauthorized checks to herself.
