This case involves unemployment compensation claimed by employees of the St. Paul and Tacoma Lumber Company. The company is engaged in the large scale production of lumber and timber products, with its manufacturing plant located in the city of Tacoma. The plant included a sawmill, a shingle mill, and private booming and sorting grounds. It had two logging camps located near Kapowsin and Ohop, in Pierce county.
