Plaintiffs Mary La Vigne ("Plaintiff La Vigne"), Kristen Hessler ("Plaintiff Hessler"), and Kathleen Hogan ("Plaintiff Hogan") (collectively, "Plaintiffs") filed this proposed class action against the Costco Wholesale Corporation ("Defendant") alleging violations of New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts statutes that prohibit deceptive marketing practices in the sale of consumer goods.
