Appellant III Forks Real Estate, L.P. appeals a summary judgment in favor of appellees Jill Cohen, Jill Cohen Revocable Living Trust, Advanced Micrographics Corporation, and Jeffrey Cohen. In three issues, III Forks asserts the trial judge erred in ruling its claims against appellees were barred by res judicata, the summary judgment evidence does not support the trial court’s order, and fact issues exist regarding III Forks’s claims against ap-pellees. We affirm the trial court’s summary judgment but reverse its award of sanctions against appellant.
