Albertson’s Holdings, LLC, Albertson’s, LLC, and New Albertson’s, Inc. bring this interlocutory appeal complaining of the trial court’s denial of their motion to compel arbitration in Ruth and Frank Kay’s per sonal injury suit. 1 In four issues, Appellants contend the trial court erred in failing to compel arbitration. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
