The appellee, Mrs. Cora M. Blaylock, recovered judgment as beneficiary in an insurance policy on the life of her husband, Wm. PI. Blaylock, against the appellant, insurance company, from which judgment the insurance company appeals.

The appellant contends that the policy had lapsed and was void at the time the insured died because of default in the payment of the premium thereon.

The appellee urges that the policy was valid when the insured died, because the insurance had been extended beyond the date of the death of the insured by the automatic application of the reserve or “cash surrender…
