HOLMES, Circuit Judge.

In a proceeding conducted pursuant to Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160, the Board found that respondent discharged and refused to reinstate Frank Barker because of his union activities, and because he gave testimony against the company in a proceeding under the Act, thereby violating Section 8 (1), (3), and (4) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (1, 3, 4). Upon these finding's it ordered respondent to cease and desist from such unfair labor practices, to offer Barker reinstatement with back pay, and to post appropriate notices.
