This is a petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of an order requiring the Tennessee Coach Company to reinstate an employee, Homer F. Fritts, on the ground that it was guilty of an unfair labor practice in discriminating against him through discharging him for the purpose of discouraging membership in a labor organization. Title 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a)(3).
