McCRODDEN, Judge.

We address but one issue in this appeal: whether the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to dismiss all but one of the conspiracy charges. Because we find that the State proved only one ongoing conspiracy, we must remand this case for resen-tencing on the conspiracy conviction.
