David Ordis Lawrence (“Defendant”) appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of attempted kidnapping, two counts of attempted breaking and entering, and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. On appeal, Defendant argues the trial court erred in denying Defendant’s motion to dismiss for insufficient evidence as to all charges except one charge of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
