The Spokane Tribe challenges a ruling of the Indian Claims Commission that the Tribe held Indian title in the 19th century to a lesser area than it claims in this proceeding. 9 Ind. Cl. Comm. 236 (Docket No. 331) (1961). The appeal is interlocutory, before any determination of value has been made. The United States did not cross-appeal.
