Green v. Richardson

This personal injury action arose out of a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff and a school bus owned by defendant Mount Pleasant Public Schools and driven by defendant Richardson. The jury returned a $300,000 verdict for plaintiff and judgment was entered in that amount against both defendants. From the denial of their motion for judgment n.o.v. or for a new trial, defendants appeal of right.
