This is an action of contract brought by the plaintiff, a former employee of the Franklin Motor Car Company, herein referred to as the employer, against the Aetna Life Insurance Company, herein referred to as the company, to recover total and permanent disability bene*577fits under a policy of so called group insurance issued by the company to the employer.
