MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MUN-DOS’ MOTION TO VACATE ORDER TO APPOINT ATTORNEY

This proceeding relates to the bankruptcy case filed by Mundo Custom Homes, Inc. (“Debtor” or “MCH”) under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. (“Code”) on November 4, 1996. Michael G. Berland (“Trustee”) was appointed Chapter 7 Trustee. Rooks, Pitts, and Poust (“Rooks”) was approved to represent the Trustee for the limited purposes of pursuing certain fraudulent transfer actions and other related matters on behalf of the Trustee.
