MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S APPLICATION TO EMPLOY COUNSEL

The Debtor American Printers & Lithographers, Inc. has applied to employ Messrs. Malcolm Gaynor and Richard Bendix, Jr. and the firm of Schwartz Cooper Kolb & Gaynor Chartered (“SCK & G”) as its attorneys in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. The United States Trustee has objected to this application. The applicant made full disclosure of facts set forth below.
