Opinion Regarding Motion to Disqualify Trustee’s Special Counsel

This matter is before the Court on a motion to disqualify trustee’s special counsel, Fausone, Taylor & Bohn, LLP, filed by Alan C. Harnisch, Lawrence S. Gadd, Samuel K. Hodgdon, and Harnisch & Gadd, P.C., defendants in an adversary proceeding filed by the trustee. (Adversary Proceeding # 02-4603). The remaining defendants in the adversary proceeding have filed concurrences in this motion. Mark Shapiro, the trustee, filed an objection.
