YOUNG, District Judge.
This order addresses the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel PrieewaterhouseCoopers LLP to Produce Documents [Doc. No. 104].
I. INTRODUCTION
On May 19, 2003, the Plaintiffs served a subpoena on PrieewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PWC”) seeking the production of documents underlying the creation of a report that PWC had prepared for PolyMedica Corp. (“PolyMedica”) and Liberty Medical Supply, Inc. (“Liberty”) (collectively, the “Defendants”) and which the Defendants had provided to the Plaintiffs and to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”). Pis.’…
