The district court ordered a law firm, Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky, LLP (“Dickstein”), not itself a party to the underlying action, to produce documents that the appellants, Ogden Corporation and Ogden Martin Systems of Haverhill, Inc. (collectively, “Ogden”), claim are within the attorney-client privilege.
