MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

HENRY J. BOROFF, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment, filed by the Defendant, Sales Consultants of Boston, Inc. (“SCB”). The motion is opposed by the Plaintiff, Tali A. Tomsic as Chapter 7 trustee of Salience Associates, Inc. (the “Trustee”; the “Debt- or”). The Trustee’s complaint seeks to avoid various transfers made by the Debt- or to SCB within one year of the filing of the Debtor’s bankruptcy petition and also seeks payment for obligations that she alleges are owed to the Debtor by SCB. 1
