MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The plaintiffs prevailed in this class action suit which claimed, inter alia, that the formula used by the defendants to establish the amount of the plaintiffs’ pensions violated the nonforfeiture provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1053(a). See Dameron v. Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Inc., 626 F.Supp. 1012 (D.Md.1986).
