HUXMAN, Circuit Judge.

Chester Bowles, Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, instituted a proceeding against appellant in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, charging him with violations of the price ceiling regulations in the sale of used cars, and asking for an injunction to prevent future violations.
