This is a case about contract enforceability. Plaintiff, MP TotalCare Services, Inc. [MP] alleges that its former employee, defendant Tricia Lynn Mattimoe, breached non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality clauses in her employment contract by entering into an employment relationship with defendant Healthtronix Lymphedema Management [Healthtronix].
